Blender 3.3 introduces a new system for hair grooming using a Curves object type that supports Sculpt mode and Geometry Nodes. The particle-based system is still available and hair can be converted between the two. Geometry Nodes has been expanded to include UV Unwrapping, shortest-path nodes, and new primitives and utility nodes. Other improvements include better Library Overrides management, new features in the Video Sequencer and UV editor, faster sculpting in EEVEE, updates to the user interface.
