Blender 3.4 integrates Intel's Open Path Guiding Library, adding support for path guiding on CPUs in Cycles. The UV editor has received updates to existing tools and new operators for aligning UV rotation, randomizing islands, and supporting non-uniform grids. Geometry Nodes now shows an overlay in the 3D Viewport and includes new nodes for retrieving mesh and curve data, sampling UV surfaces, and more. Other improvements include a new Grease Pencil outline modifier, improved Fill tool, support for PBR extensions in .mtl files, updates to animation editors, and major performance speed-ups.
