Render4you Redshift Render Farm has rolled out an update, bringing its Redshift version up to 3.6.01.
Please be aware that all tasks utilizing Redshift release 3.5 will now be using version 3.5.24. If you require a different version for your specific needs, we are happy to provide you with a custom version.
Earlier versions will be processed using Redshift versions 2.6.56 and 3.0.67, respectively.

Cinema 4D
Fixed a crash that occurred when rendering previews for certain materials, such as those imported from GLTF files.
3ds Max
Fixed a bug where Render View used Optical camera mode in non-upgraded scenes, resulting in a mismatch between display and file output.
Resolved an issue introduced in 3.6.00 where legacy Volume material grid names did not work.
Fixed a bug where the new Anisotropy Mode parameter on legacy Volume material was missing.
Hydra
Fixed a bug that could affect the camera FOV in some DataWindowNDC cases.
Katana
Fixed several issues in Katana 7.0 live rendering mode.
Metal
Resolved an issue where offline compiled Metal kernels for AMD GPUs were not being utilized.
Fixed a problem with volumes on Metal when using AMD GPUs.
Fixed a crash occurring during IPR bucket rendering.
CPU
Fixed a shutdown crash when using OSL shaders.
Resolved macOS CPU crashes related to empty scenes and material preview rendering.
General
Added multiple performance-related improvements over version 3.6.00, particularly for scenes with global volumes or no volumes.
Fixed a performance issue in scenes with spotlights.
Resolved a bug in the Distorter shader where the distortion texture leaked into the primary texture.
Fixed various legacy issues related to global volume interaction with transparent materials.
Fixed a recently introduced bug that would cause invalid material connections to crash instead of issuing a warning.
Fixed light lists in Toon material store in proxy files.
Fixed a licensing bug that broke legacy perpetual licenses with maintenance expiring in April 2024.
